But way way way less people are going out there and buying Shrooms illegally than they are weed.

You did and you hurt yourself though.

The point is, criminalizing it means criminalizing the education and safe practices and studies about it too. So if you just want education, then literally the ONLY way to get that is to legalize it. (The Netherlands allow education and studies even if it's banned recreationally, but that is not politically feasible in the US)

As a CO resident, there isn't a lot of education where people need it; the dispensaries. People aren't picking up the pamphlets to learn more about Weed and the effects it can have, and I can see people following the same practice or (lack of practice).Your bud tenders don't bother to educate and inform their shoppers, they just make the sale and move on to the next customer.

At the same time, I've seen the benefit of making Weed legal and it's done a lot of great things for the economy and I personally love that I can go to a shop to purchase it and I'm not going in and out of shady people's trailers anymore.

At the same time though, Shrooms are way more potent of a drug.

When it comes down to it though, I don't have a full picture of the pros and cons so I wouldn't vote on the issue. I'm not going to be a yes voter for future polls regarding the substance, but I won't be a no either.

It can be decriminalized without being sold in stores

I'll vote yes for decriminalization in a heartbeat.
