But I'm not sure how you feel the cop was necessarily racist. He was responding to a group of bratty kids that said "fuck the police" to him and his response was basically just that that attitude is likely to land you in jail later on And they just asked for an apology. Neither side explicitly stated race as an issue, but you're saying one side was definitely racially fueled and the other wasn't.
