Topic	What will the end of the shutdown be?

Can the house and the alt-right controlled senate pass a budget CR without the president signing it? Would the alt right senate even entertain that thought if possible? They would not, Mcconnell has already gone on record saying he won't bring any bill to the floor unless he knows that the president will sign it. So it could be a perpetual shutdown unless the democrats blink? With enough pressure from his own party, McConnell will crack. The vanity project is not wanted by a vast majority of the country.
