Topic	What will the end of the shutdown be?

They would not, Mcconnell has already gone on record saying he won't bring any bill to the floor unless he knows that the president will sign it. So it could be a perpetual shutdown unless the democrats blink? No, the Republicans can replace McConnell as majority leader with someone who will let the bipartisan bill go to vote.
