| banananor 12/27/18 1:40:22 PM #30: | Honestly speaking, the world would be a much more peaceful place if the victors of ww1/2 had just carved off a piece of their own countries for a Jewish state instead of plopping it in the center of the middle east Theoretically, if some random ass chunk of land nobody was living in in north Dakota (or, funny trivia, there were only 100,000 people in all of Nevada in 1940) was turned into Israel, would that have been good? Bad? If you don't think that would go over well, why do you think it would go over more smoothly in a land actually holy to the previous residents? Living where I do, I know a lot of Israeli citizens. I also know a lot of anti Zionist jews. Sometimes they are the same people. I generally listen to their arguments and let them argue amongst themselves It's just a shitty situation now and the state needs to be defended. The question is how shitty and aggressive the country should be --- You did indeed stab me in the back. However, you are only level one, whilst I am level 50.
