Nutrition, yoga, and meditation paired with conventional medicine is not bullshit woo. They arent bullshit woo on their own, either.

And that's precisely where "Integrative Medicine" gets away with its bullshit. Those aren't the only treatment modalities that fall under its scope. The fact that serious Integrative Medicine departments also promote homeopathy, Reiki, acupuncture, etc is proof that the field does not adhere to rigorous standards. As I showed in my post above, you can get a real IM "certification" for utter bullshit in just weeks, and it's expected to hold the same merit and authority as a legitimate academically trained expert in a field.

Adrenal fatigue and chronic Lyme are literally bullshit. The fact that they're taught alongside Yoga and meditation doesnt suddenly make them less so.

A cow pie lumped with an apple pie doesn't make the cow pie actual food. It just falsely legitimizes it as a pie.
