You lost that argument and have moved on to claiming there are hate speech laws for some insane reason. There aren't. Hate speech laws are a blatant violation of the First and on the few occasions that someone tries to pass speech-restricting laws of any kind (hint - conservatives have tried it, too) the USSC rightfully slaps it down.
