Insomniac got hounded over the suit for months. They announced all of the DLC suits and no sign of it. So they got hounded more. Finally they said; Listening doesnt mean we always will do what people tell us to. We hear you. Hearing doesnt mean we always act or follow. Which caused entitled manchildren to go into overdrive and start sending death threats to the developers.
