The biggest stars of recent time skipped it or all but skipped it outright. AJ Styles and Braun Strowman come to mind. Obviously AJ didn't need NXT at all but I mean neither did Joe or Nakamura and I feel like they got "tainted" by being down there too long too. Guys who linger down there too long get set in bad habits that stunts their growth potential on the main roster. --- No problem!
