Filler arcs are only really ever like 3 episodes at most(except the LLR arc which was like, 10, I think?), and that there's maybe one a year. Looked it up out of curiosity's sake, only 59 episodes in One Piece's entire history would be filler. That means filler only took up 6.2% of the show, which is extremely little, especially given one piece's goliath sized history. Well, I'll be damned.
