No Game No Life and Konosuba have been the two that I really liked.

Konosuba's my favorite comedy isekai, but Overlord's probably my favorite overall. I'm hoping Shield Hero's adaptation will be good after the news of its 2 hour long first episode and 2 cours.

Obligatory robot answers:

Aura Battler Dunbine

Japanese teenage Sho Zama and his motorcycle get transported to Byston Well, a fantastic land with creatures, knights and the like. War soon breaks out between the kingdoms due to the machinations (and machines) of bad guy Drake Luft, leaving Sho and his friends as the only group who can possibly stop the mad dictator--and save not just one world, but two.

The ending is kind of a mind screw, but the fights are usually good, voice acting is solid and there's whole heaps of cute girls doing cute things. No pandering either, the story is pretty smart.

Along the same lines, there's also Escaflowne and Rayearth, featuring similar themes (fantasy robots) but more heavily tilted towards the girl's perspective. As far as I know though, Dunbine is the "Ur" of the genre in animated form.

Yep, starts off on Tokyo Tower and goes isekai from there. Basically it is medieval magical girls, emphasis on "magic." I've only dipped in to the early bits but as far as I can tell, the robots are treated more like a summon or power up than a constant element.

Rayearth is actually really fun, 2nd season is kinda... bleh, but i still liked it a lot, i should probably rewatch it some time, has been on my plan to rewatch since forever, since i saw it back in high school.

Yeah the girls get isekai'd and they upgrade and stuff through the story, its really cool.

And yeah the mechs are more of a quest objective/summon sort of thing on season 1, on season 2 they're more prominent iirc
