I'm pretty sure twitter was the main source of the rally. we just tied it to tumblr because it's so sterotypically representative of undertale -- kinda like how we blamed the Tifa rally on hentai. Round 1 was definitely Tumblr helping out Undertale and I think Round 2 was mostly Tumblr too. It's in Round 3 when "undertale_bot" started causing havoc on the contest by tweeting about the match and getting a spike of votes that lasted for many hours.
