I can't see them just eating thousands of dollars in charges. I wonder if Twitch will ever reach a point with Phil that they decide it's not worth all the hassle to keep him on the site. They must get hundreds of reports about him every day, and not all of those reports are based on nothing. He's been suspended twice. And he attracts people like Tut and this Emerald guy who are very sketchy.
