If you bothered to click the link you'd know it's all people. But unless you think there's a huge group of people who support the alt-right that for some reason DIDN'T vote for Trump, I don't get your point.

No, if it was just Republicans the estimated number would be a bit less than 32 million but I concede it's not really a tiny fraction. Most likely the highest concentration of those people exist in states that are solid red as well.
