U know when it's a veteran everyone keeps saying shit like wow, can't believe they let that happen to our veterans. But everyone deserves the same care. Veteran or not.

the point is that if a veteran is allowed to be disrespected on this level, literally anybody can get it. there are no standards. sigh...

it literally happens ALL the fucking time. I have lost count of how many patients i've admitted to med-surg and the intensive care unit because they've been in a nursing home or long term facility where no one took care of them properly.

Again, ur wrong. Its getting attention because its a veteran and thus more inflammatory. If it was some random joe schmo alcoholic with no family living in a nursing home, no one would gaf and thats not right.

and btw I also work at the VA, inpatient and primary care clinic.

specifically, what am I wrong about? using what I actually said and not what you whatever you added in your mind. if the nation's heroes can get it, anybody can get it.

what's wrong with the above statement? and what does your Joe Schmoe have to do with this particular topic?

also, what do you expect me to take from you pointing out that you work at the VA?

you're misinterpreting why the emphasis is on him being a veteran. cant believe i needed to actually write that out and you couldn't simply infer it.
