Killmonger 12/15/18 8:48:36 PM #1:	York Spratling, 84, was a resident at the Consulate Health Care in Jacksonville. In 2017, Spratling was rushed into surgery to remove dead tissue on his genitals. He died a short time later and his family claim staff failed to look after him.
