Iirc it was the same guy who showed up a few days prior without his ds or team yet had over a dozen Pokemon ready to use by the next day on a fresh file. Since it's actually in the rules to not generate things, even legal ones, it was a flagrant violation but then official judges defended him so like. Fuck the entire league, really. Sorry, I don't understand since I've never played Pokemon like that. Were you two on a clock or something? It's turn base, so wouldn't you just attack and win? Unless you missed the attack and they countered back with an attack of their own, which would be a legit win by them and have nothing to do with how long they took for their turn.
