What happened to Cisco's hands; who is French Wells; who is new guy who looks like Peeta from Hunger Games; and how long has Flash's suit looked like the old '90s Batman suits with no neck movement? Or was that last one just Ollie's posture? Cisco hurt his hands vibing after Cicada tried killing him in a previous episode.
