And there's been plenty of cases of this over the years that I'd be happy to cite if needed. If Ammon Bundy is actually a tried and true Libertarian with a consistent ideology, then that's great. But it doesn't shock me that the people who respond the best to that style of rhetoric tend to be those who would be staunch far right and, by proxy, Trump supporters. Fair enough, I agree that many of these militia movements have attracted all kinds of white nationalists and other unsavory types.
