Home cinemas are generally cost prohibitive and still nowhere near the experience you get at watching a blockbuster on a screen the size of a house. You know this and you are definitely just being contrary.

The simple point being made here is that there are certain experiences you can't recreate at home. This is obviously true regardless of how much you want to find holes in each given simile.

Cheaper than going to the cinema each time, plus you can rewatch as much as you want, use it for all TV viewing and gaming, and resell when you're done. Plus you don't have to deal with annoying people in the audience.

No, for the most part you cannot, even with all the skill in the world. I know this because I used to live with one of these fancy assed chefs. You just do not have the equipment at hand to do this in any ordinary home kitchen.

Even proper stir fry can't be done at home, and that stuff is cheap street food.

The difference is not that big. Certainly nothing that would impact enjoyment of the meal and you'd have hundreds of dollars left over.
