Off-Topic rule (which doesn't apply on CE) it used to apply on CE. for instance, if I made a topic about the Avengers, and then some trolls came in and started talking about politics, they would get modded for off-topic posting. It was one of the rules that made sense, but they stopped enforcing it in favor of becoming babyfaqs That would just get modded for Disruptive Posting now.
