"HOUSTON - Good news for bank customers who were receiving $100 bills instead of $20 bills at an ATM in north Harris County -- they get to keep the money.
Bank of America released a statement Monday afternoon that read, "This was an incident at a single ATM in Houston caused when a vendor incorrectly loaded $100 bills in place of $10 bills. We have resolved the matter. Customers will be able to keep the additional money dispensed."
This inconsistency bugs me.
I was thinking about that too actually.
Probably a typo, I've never known any ATM to dispense anything but 20s. ---
