I just want to make sure we're considering Seph/Ryu in the context of outsiders coming in to support Tifa that same day. Tifa did get some rallies against Luigi on a couple of Final Fantasy related subreddits and I estimated that they brought in about 300 to 500 extra votes. The unusually large difference of about 5.5% between registered/anonymous users made me think the rallies did have some effect because Tifa has never shown those huge splits before.
