I do suspect the Tifa rally during Luigi/Tifa actually had an effect because of the relatively large split of nearly 5.5% between registered and anonymous users. That 5.5% difference is up there with Zelda in round 1 and behind Pikachu (6.4% in both round 1 and 2) and D.Va (7.2% in round 1). Luigi/Tifa had 47.21% registered users, but removing 300 anonymous votes from Tifa brings the registered/anonymous difference down to about 4% and changes the match to 47.88% registered users. I suspect the rally brought in somewhere between 300 to 500 votes for Tifa.
