I had all my teeth removed thanks to getting a really shitty disease. Majority of them were pulled during a surgical procedure I was not awake for, however I had plenty of removals that I was.

It's not that bad- the shots are the worst part, and the pressure and "crack" if they remove them while you're awake. The pain if you don't get on the Narcs fairly quickly is extreme- don't let the anesthesia drop off before taking those meds. The pain will be sharp and lasts a couple days, stay on the meds for that time. Afterward it drops off, becoming easily handled by OTC meds if necessary.

The recovery is simple, but the Narcos you'll be on following the procedure will drain the shit out of you.
Don't worry about the blood- you're going to ooze for days. That has a bad taste, keep a FLAVORED DRINK [soda, Gatorade, something. Not straight water] at the ready at all times. Sure, some are going to say "drink water", but blood and the taste of it can/will cause nausea and potential vomiting- don't skimp that.

Dry Socket though, that's a different story. That's some insane pain that utterly sucks and it'll floor you for a week or more. It'll set in like right after the recovery seems done, then boom, pain far worse than the original. l

Uhh how do you eat anything that's not jello

fake teeth
