Now we can give the benefit of the doubt since this is a new character so he may be super strong, but Jaco's been aware of his existence as a superior for a long time, but Jaco is weaker than a Ginyu Force member so the power gap is pretty far fetched. Shit like this is exactly why DB will never look good feat wise.
