Topic	NASA is going back to the moon.

Why must they do so again? Did you watch the video? It explicitly states they're building a moon base so they can get to other places in the solar system easier. Which is odd, because it seems like it would be far easier and more efficient to establish some sort of space station base as a launching off point than one on the moon.
