Today, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina announced criminal charges against McClure, D'Amico and Bobbitt in the matter, including second degree theft by deception and conspiracy. Second degree crimes in New Jersey carry a potential sentence of 5-10 years in prison. McClure and D'Amico turned themselves into Burlington County law enforcement on Wednesday. They have been released pending trial. Courts records show that Bobbitt was arrested in Philadelphia on Wednesday evening on Burlington County charges.
