Fuck rooms filled with the brimstone bellies I've also noticed a wall being destroyed after beating mom in certain challenges. What's up with that Oh boy, I'd like to discover Isaac for the first time again. It's boss rush. You get to it by killing Mom in less than 20 minutes. There's an unlock for clearing it with each characte the first time.
