Something like the first five uses give you items or nothing. Sixth might take you to angel room. Seventh might be angel item pedastal. Eighth is troll bombs. Ninth is angel. Tenth money or soul hearts. Eleventh is the other angel. Anything after that might take you straight to the dark room.
