They all go on vacation at the same time and come back at the same time. I know at my school Seniors got out of school a week earlier after they finished their finals, to get ready for graduation. (Last minute assignments, extra credit to get a higher grade, etc.) Edit: Schools in the SAME DISCTRICT start and end on the same day usually. 2. What month and time of month do schools usually close for Summer, and when do they re-open? Early to mid June to Mid to Late August. It's different in each school district. All they have to do is provide 181 days of schooling.
