I leave it on the ground then out of habit pick up good shit like soul hearts before I can use jera on them Nah mate, you carry the Jera with you till the Chest. In case you didn't know, all chests down there drop items, and the first room has 4. Double them and you get 8 free items. If you have Taroth Cloth, you get 16. If you have blank car you break the game.
