In the main game, the best general use is to drag it to The Chest and double the chests there if you have enough keys. All chests in The Chest spawn items pedestals 100%. This includes Fortune Tellers and Slot Machines if you blow them up. Jera before you open the chests = 2x the items. In Greed mode, use it after you've wiped out all the waves for a floor.
