Another win: juries in Louisiana must unanimously convict people. Non-unanimous juries were disproportionately punishing marginalized people in their systems.

Isnt that a constitutional right? How did Louisiana have that?


Wheres it at in the Constitution? I figured it would have to be in the 6th Amendment if it was but I dont see it
