I'm not teaching because 40+ students per class with no teachers aids and special needs students being integrated is crazy. I'm not going to touch the college system, but I honestly think any class with over 20 students should have another adult helping. Doesn't have to be two teachers, but should either be volunteer parents (nobody has time) or teachers aids (either free while getting credentialed, or paid for. Course schools are closing like crazy and don't have money for the teachers, let alone teachers aids (or for supplies etc)...so yeah it's not gonna happen. But money would help, ALOT. There are plenty of good teachers out there that want to make a difference, but you try dealing with such large classrooms for a few years, it can burn almost anyone out. --- "did you steal my f***in signature" Helly ...
