The motivation has to come fro the individual but there are resources and the likes that would help find a better baseline and allow for a more fulfilling life. Comorbidities are common in nearly all mental health disorders, but saying "it's not that easy" when the person isn't actively trying isn't fair. No, it wouldn't be easy, but in truth social interactions are hard in general and everyone has to work on them.
