Arena deck construction isn't 100% skill based because of course you can get screwed by just a bunch of garbage, even ignoring the in game RNG and matchup RNG. But certain garbage clicks together with other garbage a lot better and having an intuition in your picks to make it click together in the most optimal way is definitely a skill and makes Arena by far the most skill based mode of the game. --- No problem!
