I liked the original series and it was one of the things keeping me watching arrow for awhile as well. They didn't do alot of things right, but it was still a cool show.

He has tons of meal tickets now, his original books are out in audio versions and many people are buying them again. Now he is going to have another show, and they usually pay quite well (especially for a series so popular). We need more info on the show to really see how much he will make, but yeah, it's not gonna be peanuts at this point.

I doubt he cares much about the money at all tbh, after a certain point it just doesn't matter. I was looking at the numbers for the first run of his books, and came up with at least 10 mill JUST from the books (forget about the comics, the first tv series etc). Can't know exactly what he is worth (seems to be really good at hiding it as you can tell most peoples net worth pretty easy), but yeah....he isn't living book to book at this point for sure.

Personally I think it's all besides the point as his new wife Kitty Krell is a huge dresden fan and cosplayer. I highly doubt he is going to axe the series any time soon, unless he ends up getting a divorce, and consider he looks REALLY happy....I don't think that is gonna happen anytime soon.

Guy has a new very hot and pretty wife, who obviously loves his work AND is a cosplayer. He has tons of money, and has something he loves doing that makes other people happy. It looks at least from the outside like his life is rocking right now, so I say we all have patience and let him bask in the glow for a bit. If I married someone that pretty who had similar interests and considered herself a big nerd, I doubt I would spend much time doing anything that didn't involve her.
