Theyre not even considered people able to to take care of themselves until 18 and are the total responsibility of their parents. It just makes no sense since they cant even get to the poles without parental consent to leave the house. This would open up every single adult with a dependent up to being in violation of the constitution if they told their children they couldnt go out on election night...
