Have you considered the merits of alcoholism? That's what my dad did. He was an alcoholic though, and I learned in middle school those traits are hereditary, so I was scared off from ever drinking alcohol. In his 50s-60s, he was drinking two 40 ounces of Steel Reserve a day. After a few years, he actually got sick from it one day, went to the hospital, and they told him to stop drinking.
