| Aristoph 10/29/18 9:37:11 AM #16: | It's a fence, not a wall. It looks like it could be easily knocked over. It looks stupidly easy to climb. It even looks like those slats are far enough apart that many could just squeeze through between them, particularly kids. So parents don't even have to leave their kids behind or carry them over. They can just let the kid squeeze through and climb over to meet them. What a colossal waste of time, resources, and manpower.
