Topic	Why are there mass shootings in the U.S. every few weeks?

There is no real problem with mas shootings in America - more like a problem with gang violence in a few cities. Not entirely sure what the difference is tbh. America still has a violence problem, no matter how it's framed. The difference is that 99.999% of people in 99.999% of the country will never have a problem with firearms despite how many guns and gun owners there are throughout the country.
