Topic	Why are there mass shootings in the U.S. every few weeks?

We are a huge ass country. 5% of the population, 31% of the public mass shootings worldwide between 1966 and 2012. And most of those shooting are confined to a handful of the shittiest parts of the country. There is no real problem with mas shootings in America - more like a problem with gang violence in a few cities. All these gang shootings in America that keep getting covered by national news all the time.
