Topic	I just turned down the only job offer I had

They only told me at the very end that I shouldnt take the job if I want to be a developer and how I cant apply for a dev position until I work there for 8 months and that I would have to start at 15 dollars an hour even after the year and how they wouldnt treat my application any different than an outsider etc In the future, let your goal be known from the beginning.
