Also, since they had to work with whatever group of kids that go into the cabin, but they need a virgin for their overly specific and convoluted ritual to suppress some demon god thing, they just use whatever meek girl there was in that group, who wasn't a virgin, to perform the ritual. It's commenting on how the group of kids that do end up in theses scenarios are always so specifically fitting for the main monster, when irl, you'd not get such a neatly tied group of kids in one room like that. So the people behind the scenes just worked with whoever they got. Like how in Friday the 13th, you have an entire group of kids with even number of male and female so that they can have sex and be killed by Jason, or how there's always a trope of people that can get killed in a certain order. Speaking of order, the stoner kid survives to the end lol, when he'd be an early one to die Yeah it's obviously not even supposed to be a deep film either.
