I'm sure the fact that they are fairly tough fruit helps tremendously, they aren't too heavy either so they're easy to ship, likely helps keep costs down. Yes, but it seems to me like growing a single fruit for a year and to be sold for a few bucks isn't profitable. I realize they harvest millions but damn. Don't even get me started on packing and shipping. Yeah, I would be a terrible businessman. WhiskeyDisk posted... Nobody tell him how long it takes to grow an avocado, his head might explode. I googled avocados. But I'm assuming they produce a lot of fruit. Still, a long time. Im not as patient as I thought I was. Maybe I just need to give it some time.
