(though that doesn't apply to SND, he appears to be an old school user) Internet used to be more innocent and easy going. Trading emails, using instant messenger to talk to strangers, etc. It truly was a magical time of exploration and wonder since it was still relatively new (at least for the public) I met some users on the Kingdom Hearts page back in 02, they had their own fansite. so I joined it up. at the time I only had a read only account, Gamefaqs used to not allow accounts to be created from cheap ass sites like hotmail or yahoo, and this was before gmail, so I couldn't post on this site. It felt like a VIP thing and I longed to be able to participate in discussions here well, those members helped me get an account here. They are the ones that made the silly, all caps, 9999 account for me. Thats how I got my true start here Eventually that site of theirs went down after a few years and I lost contact with everyone there around 05 ish. I still think about them every once in awhile. I did try doing research and seeing if I could reach out to them like 5 years ago but to no avail --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
