Topic	man... what does it take to get a job in computer science as a developer?

It's also been hard for me to find any place that will let me get into writing automated test scripts. The only places that will hire for that want you to have already built an automation framework from the ground up. It seems no matter what you want to do, you have to already have proven experience doing it.
