It is also possible she was just trying to instigate something. The fact that she was so "outraged" over it is reason enough to believe she was just trying to instigate something. It was a small child, correct? Or did I see something wrong? Wasn't it that tiny kid with the backpack that she accused of touching her butt? She had to have seen his backpack. And the lady had a shit-eating grin on her face for most of the exchange, and most likely lied about being a cop herself. So she knew what she was doing. Just escalating to escalate.
