Step 1, find fans as many as you can. Place them around your bed, and turn them all on full power. Hopefully you have at least 2 as you want cross wind.

Step 2: Make a hot drink (nothing with caffeine, but hot chocolate is great, or hot cider, a sleepy time tea anything like that). Drink that.

Step 3 take a hot shower, as hot as you can stand.

Exit the shower and dry off quickly then get in bed with the fans blowing on you directly.

The body will go into shut down mode, to conserve heat. It's the difference between your current body temp and the temp outside your body that does it. Do this for a few minutes then turn off the fans and snuggle under your blanket.

You should fall asleep quickly.
